I don't quite know if the scene at the back is meant to be a cutaway to what is happening in her belly, or if she is like some kind of mosquito hybrid style vampire with both a human and Insect like abdomen in the rear like a second stomach. i am okay with both possibilities honestly, she looks good all the same.
