When Unit Nine the werefox heard about the Friendly Beach from Unit Two she went there and promptly hooked up with a big feral otter she couldn't even talk to. While she notoriously doesn't like or trust many men, it turns she's not against the idea of males. It's just talking to them or trusting them she can't get into.

(She's eaten more people than any other Lupine Unit, mostly men. No doubt this is just a coincidence.)

The male werewolves, and for that matter men in general, would probably have better luck making friends with her if they kept their mouths shut. She'd probably even pay for the gags.
