The reformation is triggered when the prey dies, so if a pred swam out to sea while swallowing air they could potentially arrange for a troublemaker to get a one time trip through their digestive tract. Jeff or Beachcomber may or may not have already done this at some point. 83
Another option would be to swallow someone on the beach and get driven away before they died. People suffocate pretty quickly in stomach so swallowing air might again be needed.

There is a female orca who will suck people into her sex and squirt them back out. Humans make good sex toys for her. She is why there are masks for some sizes of animals, so they can safely play with her too. Sooner or later another animal will show up who is capable of UB, AV or CV but it likely won’t be safe vore.
