Now I imagine that there’s always some lifeguard or someone putting up a sign, but it “magically” keeps disappearing.

Maybe! I’d like to imagine the lifeguards are dramatically slow, but dam do they look good!

And clearly a good citizen is disposing of such signs, to keep the beach nice & clean! ^^
