This isn't really a series, and I'm not into the actual child aspect of unbirth; it's purely for romance/sexual pleasure for me. Maybe the prey physically regresses into a baby so they can fit and be carried around, but even then, they still keep their mind, and it's not so they can be reborn to be raised.

It looks as thought Spike and Nightlight are the only ones truly concerned when seeing Cadence' belly.
I think they both fear what ideas Twilight and Velvet might get from seeing this, lol.

It would have been interesting if now Twilight Velvet unbirth her granddaughter Flurry Heart, Twilight Sparkle unbirth the little dragon Spike and the Princess Celestia unbirth Night Light! So after that they could have a nice party for women.
