Micro sushi By dcvfgb1234 -- Report

Given how sushi are healthy, and eating less is healthy as well, Ida figured that a micro with sushi would be even healthier than just regular sushi.

As such, she ate a micro together with sushi.

Ida belongs to me.

Ok, nice one – but wtf is in this salad that 348g have 1520kcal? xD

I can't recall to be honest. Though, note, it's not solely veggies. It's a salad as in the type of meal. So there'd be some meat, cheese, etc. in it as well. And that's gonna rack up the calories.

Seems like a stretch, that "salad" contains more calories than a pizza of the same weight, this is factually impossible.

Reff

Posted by Reff 2 years ago Report

In fact. I went and did the math, for 348 grams of bacon. 1298 kcal. How is literally bacon, one of the unhealthiest meats to eat. on its own, at the same amount of grams, LESS calories than that salad?

I misremembered when I posted it. It was meant to be sushi. This one had been quite a while in production and I'd somehow got the sushi mixed up with salad.

Throku

I think its a "salad" of fatty cheeses and meat-slices drenched in oil.

dcvfgb1234

Posted by dcvfgb1234 2 years ago Report

Nah, it is an actual salad with lots of veggies.

To fit almost three meals worth of calories into a salad, you have to get creative.

dcvfgb1234

Posted by dcvfgb1234 2 years ago Report

True. Sadly I can't exactly remember what I had it listed at when I did the maths. It is an actual salad, though, not just lots of unhealthy things. But yeah, e.g. olive oil is quite energy rich.

The average calories is 438kcal/100g. That's insane. Only the cheese is near it with approx 400kcal. The meats are around 250 and veggies are sub 100. Sure olive oil is 884, but it would have to be at least 50-70% cheese and olive oil, if it has any veggies at all in it.
Are you sure you didn't calculate it in kilojoules (kJ)?

dcvfgb1234

Posted by dcvfgb1234 2 years ago Report

No, I calculated it in kcal. Though, I as mentioned can't remember exactly what's in there. It's been a very long time with this one. There is a legit chance there's something in there I've completely forgot about. (Also, meat can both be more and less. It really varies.)

But yeah, I'm legit not sure exactly what's in there.

Oh fuck. It was meant to be sushi, not salad. Crap. I seriously misremembered there.

Well, I guess it's a sushi salad then. XD (That's a thing, right?)

On the high end, sushi is usually around 190 kcal per 100g. Math is off.

dcvfgb1234

Posted by dcvfgb1234 2 years ago Report

Math is not off, no.
Sushi can vary a lot in energy.
Yes, it is on the high end, but how's that a problem?

Can't remember exactly which sushi I had it be. Think it might have been the shrimp tempura. In any case then that's in that ballpark energy wise, as seen in the below link.

175 kcal per 100 grams
youre looking at full rolls.
a full roll weights more than 100 gram. by this logic, its roughly 600 kcal.

The math is definetely off. for that weight of food? even bacon doesnt reach those calories. If it was shrimp tempura, the contents would not be green.

I don't know much about sushi. The colour well could we off, no idea.
Seems that the source I used was giving bad data, though.

tigercloud

Yeah, sadly they do that a lot... It would be more reasonable when they replace the unit "kcal" with "kJ". Salat has ~15kcal/100g usually, its a very low energy source.
It would be may better to leave these numbers out of the images, because the values are usually way to high on all their images

dcvfgb1234

Posted by dcvfgb1234 2 years ago Report

I use kcal as it's listed in calories. kJ generally isn't used for nutrition.
Salad doesnt' necessarily just mean iceberg salad. Anyway, as mentioned elsewhere in the comments I misremmered what the food was when I posted the pic. It was meant to be sushi.
Probably should have changed the title and dscription then.
I'll do it now.

Also, no, the values aren't way too high on all the images. We talked about that earlier. It depends on how much you eat, plus some things are very energetic.
Also, don't forget that Ida is literally 6'5.

Gotta balance out the calories and hope the tiny doesn’t go right to her boobs

dcvfgb1234

Posted by dcvfgb1234 2 years ago Report

Don't count on any part of her going to Ida's chest.
That meal is way below Ida's daily required amount of energy, so unless she ate substantially more that day than just that meal, it'd basically all have ended up burnt off. Not sure if the proteins themselves would have, though, but that might be the only parts spared her cell furnaces.

And Ida would need to add almost 400 g of matter to her girls to go up a full size, thouhg, obviously, being between sizes is perfectly possible.
If all the girl's fat went to Ida's chest, then that'd be around 1.4% of the needed fat to gain a size. If all the girl's protein went to the breasts then it'd be around 2% of the needed protein to gain a size. So yeah, not really gonna do much if anything, even if it all added to the breasts. Which is won't, unless Ida ate way more than her energy needs that day.

So yeah, in all probability that girl was absolutely, fully burnt off.

That's some ironclad logic, there. And in truth the micro is just the smallest fraction of the overall meal total!

I wish I could be Ida’s meal every day.

Haguranga

Poor girl can’t even replace the calories needed to digest that meal.
