Ponctuation could be improved, but otherwise it is very well paced! The revelations come in smoothly one by one, with nice foreshadowing :)

I am pretty sure Allison knows she was eaten by Nancy. She is probably just wanting some real attention from her, since I am guessing, nancy just think she is annoying and ignores her a lot of the time. I wonder if The mayoress's daughter will probably become a ghost, and Nancy could help Allison feel better by helping her eat the ghost. Of course if the Daughters victim also becomes a spectre, Allison could get 2 for one. O_o.... I would love to see where this is going though.
