She can grow bigger depending on mass she cosumes from there she can shape body physque wise and grow to she cant grow gigantic but get about 10 to 20 feet tall. But she be either very chubby or bulky depending on things

She can control metabolism so if she wants pretty quick especially anything living she can slow metabolism down enjoy having big strethced belly still everythibg be digested within hour to couple hours especially if takes nap after mass eating. Otherwise it just take martter of secs to min normally.
