Ever wondered where the Spider-Daedra's spiderlings come from? Or why the Spider-Daedra is so curveacious, giving how low on vegetation and food the wastelands of Oblivion are?
Well the gigantic Elder Scrolls Lore probably has an entire section of libraries about those questions, However when I played Oblivion, I came up with a more classic answer:
Since Spiders usually eat their mates during their procreation process and the Spider-Daedra has a male population rate of exactly 0%, they likely eat something else, which flesh and energy can be used to give birth to a spiderling. Now who is better suited for such a process than the arrogant Dremora ?
The Spider-Daedra and the Dremora belong to bethesda

If I saw this I'd be like:
*opens mouth like I'm going to say something then closes my mouth* Console is opened, "Attack damage mult 9999999999999999999......".

Oh I remember those times when I played Oblivion. I used to always level up conjuration and summon a dremora lord.
Those Spider-Daedra always paralyzed my dremora and shot so much lightning.
It took me a long time to discover the "summon storm atronarch" spell.

I've seen oblivion be played, but I have never played it myself. I've only played skyrim and a tiny bit of ESO with the help of Xbox GP, until I got bored and quit it and uninstalled it.
And that's only if we're talking about elder scrolls games, Bethesda games in general, I've played Fallout 3 and 4. and I think that's it for any bethesda games.
So I didn't know this creature was real, so if I ever get oblivion on pc, I will (possibly if there is) open the console and begin to do as I said I would. Now imagine this thing in vr.

I must admitt, I am not that deep into bethesda's games either. Apart from Oblivion and Skyrim I never had my hands on those games which are considered the "non-mainstream" like Daggerfall or Arena or even Morrowwind.
Bethesda games in vr ... I wonder what an experience that would be. XD
But yes, the creature does exist. It is a higher daedric creature dedicated to the daedric prince Mephala.

Ok. I kind of wish Skyrim SE/AE together worked better, because if you have it on pc we could play it together, but I talked to some experts on the Devourment mod for Skyrim SE and now AE, and once they opened the console and typed "player.placeatme 7 1" (Spawns a npc version of your character. Only if you didn't know)
And I do believe one of them said it blue screened their pc. It's sad. But they are working on getting the internal view when you are eaten.

Wait, "experts on the Devourment mod for Skyrim" there is even a mod like that? Wow, how is there a mod like that? That sounds incredibly fascinating.
