Name: Ninja Witch
Age: 24
Biography: Born into a very powerful and voracious ninja clan, the Ninja Witch has been trained from birth to be a deadly killer. However, as a young ninja, she was hexed with a powerful spell that forever sealed her mouth. At first, it seemed she would starve to death, but she circumvented the spell by creating a mouth in her belly, allowing her to eat once more. With that, the Ninja Witch decided to turn her curse into an advantage as it ensured that she could never speak again, making her perhaps the most silent (and deadly) ninja in the world.

Magic: The Ninja Witch has mastered a variety of magical spells that enhance her dexterity, speed, and stealth. She is also well-versed in elemental magic. Most notably, she has used magic to create a "belly mouth" as a way of getting around her curse. This mouth is incapable of speech, but more than adequate for devouring her targets. She can make the mouth appear and disappear at will.

Wickedness Rating: 8
The Ninja Witch works as a contract killer and has no limitations on the jobs she is willing to take. As long as the client is willing to pay the right price, she'll eliminate anyone and she'll gladly cut down (or devour) anyone who gets in her way.

Character Notes: Well, I have a pirate, so why not a ninja? And, yeah, okay, I know this concept and design with the belly mouth, is a little out there. But hey, sometimes you gotta take risks. Aside from the Plant Witch, I did want to have a witch with an actual "human" belly mouth, and with the backstory I devised for her I think it works well. And yes, the mask hides her sealed mouth, which...I'm not 100% on it, but I guess it would just be solid flesh, like that scene from the Matrix. Also, if my Japanese is correct, the two Kanji on her shoulders are 魔 Ma and 忍 Nin, or "Magic" and "Ninja".
