I'm guessing they mean Detective Comics #823, where Poison Ivy reveals a "guilty pleasure" of feeding random people to a giant pitcher plant and recording the digestive process for future enjoyment. This unintentionally results in creating an uncontrollable plant monster made up of all her victim's personalities named "Harvest" bent on revenge.
