Day 15 - Weapon By ZeldaNoVorsu -- Report

Linktober Day 15's prompt was Weapon. I went for the obvious choice here and did Fi pred, since she is the literal spirit of a weapon. I did choose a prey for her that wasn't one she got in the main Skyward Sword story I did though. This idea was actually one of the first I came up with, right down to the little reunion scene confusion on who delt it.

I know you aren't, but given Fi's lack of hands... er, arms in general, a surprise AV attack from above makes the most sense. Ghirahim did get what was coming to him though, always hunting poor Zelda, making Link feel really uncomfortable even when not trying to kill him, and just simping way too hard for Demise. Guess there won't be much of a final boss fight since he isn't around to cheat Link's wish with time travel.

That's definitely an effective method of dealing with him. Oh wait, but without Ghirahim, Link won't have to do the Song of the Her- wait, that's absolutely fine.

(14/15/17, 9 unique Zeldas)

Uh, he still will. He needs the Triforce to deal with The Imprisoned, so Zelda can wake up. Ghirahim is just the hiccup that occurs after that succeeds. Ah, I have finally made all the numbers unique, but I am saddened by the last one being 17, not 16 for perfect numeric order.

Didn't she go back to sleep because of him being a problem? With no him, there wouldn't really be a threat. Unless the imprisoned doesn't need him to break free...

Ironically enough, one less story with no Zelda would have done it...

No, the Imprisoned was breaking free of its own accord. Usually, it was because it was reacting to something Link did (except for fight 3), culminating in its impancaking because it awoke in response to the Triforce. Ghirahim freed it much earlier in the past, but he only did that because of the impancaking and him finally kidnapping Zelda.

All I have to is write another story with two Zeldas in it.

Pride often comes before a fall

Yeah, and Ghirahim is like the definition of pride, so he took a very hard fall as a result.
