A criminal on the run.
A sleeping maiden.
Will fate bring these two together in an epic tale of passion and love?
Or is this just another smutty vore story?
Come on, we both know the answer.
Yes I'm doing one of these again, so sue me.
LORE BYTES!
Centaurs:
One of the more visually notable races in The World Within, Centaurs, much like their mythological counterparts from ancient Greece, possess a human torso and a horses lower body and ears, as a result, they are considered one of the largest races in The World Within, and due to their widespread population density, have, alongside Amazons, been responsible for a lot of necessary modifications to public and private services across the world, such as living accommodations, public transport and even how roads and side-walks are constructed.
Like lamias, which are often (wrongly) referred to as ‘snake-centaurs’, true centaurs possess 2 stomachs, one in their human upper half, and the other in their horse lower half, with the first stomach ‘softening up’ food, before passing it along to the second stomach and later intestines for the rest of the process.
Alongside regular centaurs, numerous sub-groups exist, often simply referred to as ‘taurs’ instead of a horses lower body, they possess the lower bodies of other animals, such as wolves, deer and lizards, although it should be noted that in most cases, the lower bodies are larger than examples of the equivalent animal, such as the group referred to as ‘fox-taurs’ which have lower bodies closer to horses than foxes in size.
Similar to the change in species for the lower half, another common aberration in centaurs can effect the human upper half, resulting in it resembling an anthropomorphic animal, normally the species matches the lower half, though exceptions have been observed.
Both of the above mutations are believed to be the result of cross-breeding, specifically with beastmen.
Despite their similar visual appearance, centaurs, lamias and mermaids share no relations with each other, aside from the shared human ancestry that nearly all species in The World Within possess of course.

Good story! The end seems a tad abrupt with her just walking out, but yah!

I like the idea of giant centaurs. The story itself was nice, but I do have to agree with ArgobargSoup that it is a little short.

I feel like it’s the right length. It ends abruptly as if to prepare for another segment of story.^^
To be honest, I think the part that doesn’t fit or seams most out of place in this story, is the part when the centaur wakes up, feels a slight movement in her gut and almost immediately considers someone may be inside her. (Hiding inside a centaurs womb can’t be all that common of an occurrence...)
Logically speaking... for her to assume that so quickly, it must have happened to her before.^^

I like to imagine every time she feels bowel movement, she goes “either it’s indigestion or somebody is hiding inside me again.”
