I will imply disposal if it is particularly relevant to a piece, but anything beyond that is not of interest to me.

There's nothing I've drawn/written that implies anything more than what's implied in this Jaram drawing (at least not to my memory). If I have it's probably a very old piece. I don't have any links handy for ya.

My brain is having a process error she trained to avoid digesting most food but sometimes her stomach still digests the food anyway and in the picture she's complaining about the food not digesting and moving towards the exit

The food in her belly is not moving on from the stomach like she has trained to do and as a result her stomach is trying to digest it. That is what she is unhappy about.
