It's basically lactation in reverse : objects (and victims) are sucked inside the mammary glands, then engulfed and assimilated by the tissues that usually produce milk, and are ultimately turned into breast fat... ^^

She has rather more reserve to produce milk in the form of bigger, fatter breast ^^
Lactation must be induced (depending of the patient, chemically or simply with a strong enough suction on the nipples) in order to reduce the breast size of the women afflicted with this condition (and other breast related assimilations, like Abyssi Fissio).
