Everything was going according to plan, until one of the pilots randomly asked, "Is that a giant monkey?" By the time anyone could ask for clarification, the pilot had gone radio silent. a couple of screams or cries for help came through moments before other squad members went radio silent, and all remaining choppers made their way to investigate the last-known location of their unaccounted-for members.

They found a huge humanoid creature standing among the burning wreckage of fallen aircraft, and with clenched fists, she looked eager to add more to her kill count. "Light her up!" Jackson declared, and the squadron began releasing its payload upon the giantess.

The bullets seemed to have an effect on her, but the helicopters might as well have been a swarm of bees for all they were accomplishing. The kaiju girl swung her fists and swatted them out of the sky. If pilots managed to evade her or keep their distance, she would grab trees or even other aircraft and use them like bats or throwing weapons to ensure no one would escape her. Any survivors from the wreckage had to clear the combat zone quickly or else be crushed beneath her feet.

Jackson was among those to have survived a crash landing, and she took in the sight of the monster surrounded by flames as she brought down all that was left of the squadron. So many had died, and for what? To sate the appetite of an overgrown, half-developed humanoid?

They had left one warzone in defeat, only to be brought to a new jungle with a new enemy, and the colonel refused to let this one defeat her...
