Streaky was a much more difficult opponent than Cosmo had been. All Rocket had to do with that dumb dog was trap it, break the helmet and feast to his hearts desire, then it was just a matter of finding somewhere safe and sound to digest at his own pace.

But Streaky was different, on one hand finding the cat was difficult enough. Had to steal some gem from that Dr strange guy to even get to this cat’s dimension, and then once he got there he had to track the super fast cat down and keep it’s attention on him long enough to get that damned cape off and the cat de-powered. All without being turned to ash or slammed into a very dark prison cell.

Certainly ended in a few scratches and a very close call from those laser eyes, but in the end Rocket found himself with another successful bounty, a bellyful of some of the finest cat meat he'd ever dined on and a nice little super powered bib to wipe the drool from his maw.
