A long awaited commission done by the amazing  Natsumemetalsonic ^^

Days pass and Sarah's belly gradually shrink as it churns her meal into a fine sludge, and eventually just a morning dump to take.

For her, a belly that big is just part of her life now, one that accompanies her through out her hobbies and work.

And after a satisfied release, she can only imagine the next tasty couple she can devour. Thus the vicious cycle repeats.
