A Means To An End [UB, F/Multiple] By JohnnySniper -- Report

Kaiden settles in for a very late night gaming, waiting for his clients to pop up wanting the stuff only he can sell.

It is only when the drunken raccoon girl, Reila, of which he has a massive crush on, comes knocking on his door does he wonder what luck he has.

Except, he doesn't notice immediately. He thinks he has a chance with such a lustrous girl, especially in her state - but when she opens that door, he finds her, crying, sobbing, claiming she has done something horrific.

Just what kind of night is in store for Kaiden?

Finally, a story about my most favourite girl, Reila!

I wanted to give her a little conflict, a little drama, to her journey into being a pred.

I originally planned her to be a bit of a Mary-Sue, a golden child, but that's not as fun!

Let's throw her in a room, drunk, filled with horny college students who want to see her pussy, inside and out.

What could go wrong?

I love it when vore stories make me feel things other than horny. Don't get me wrong this was still exceptionally hot, but I love the deeper dives into the emotions, psychology, morality, ethics, and consequences of vore. This checks all those boxes and it's amazing.

Also obligatory "But they're all okay, right?"

I can't speak for the prey, but I'm sure Reila will be fine with time, and perhaps the support of a pred friend or two... ;)

I bet she'll meet some wonderful, like-minded people that'll help her feel not quite as alone anymore.

But we wouldn't know anything about that, would we?

So, was Harriet a ghost or a guilt-induced hallucination?

JohnnySniper

College parties are crazy things, there's all kinds of substances that get passed around. Was she a ghost? Was she a manifestation to help Reila cope? Was she a drug induced hallucination?

It's all up to you.

...you know. Sometimes you want the zany, adorkable, straight-forward romantic kind of story. The kind where you know exactly which side of the line all involved parties are on.

...And sometimes you want the wild, multifaceted, and ambiguously CHAOTIC kind of story. The kind of story where even your main character doesn't even know which side they're on.

Needless to say, this is the latter, not the former, and I am HERE for it. ...Can you tell that your stories make me wordy? XD

Still it is wild to me that this is essentially Reila's origin, and I'm curious how much of a time gap there is between this and A Failed Interrogation. ...Provided it's all actually connected, which I'm led to believe it is...

Thanks for this comment!

I'm glad you took the time to write this out, it warms me to know people read my stories and figure out those little connections :)

So yeah, this is absolutely a very sad origin for her. She's a young adult in this one, and a friend of mine, if you're interested, will be spiralling some stories about her and that support group to build her up even more.

But Failed Interrogation - that one is a fair amount of years in the future. It features a more confident Reila, one that knows who she is and what she's about.

Next time I write about her, it'll all be a continuation of that story :)

Woot! Though I am curious as to which stories take place in this particular... World? Universe? Eh, semantics. Only ones my brain is pulling in off the top of my head are Karma Delivery, Kobold Cafe (if only due to a link with the next story in the list) Failed Interrogation, this one, and The Support Group. Might have to do a re-read later to see if any of the more plausible options work. Additional question: are commissioned stories and comics canon, or additional side-stories?

Love that Reila has essentially been on Inessa's tail since the very beginning, but Inessa still has no clue who Reila is YEARS later.

So! This is a very good list you've pulled together, Failed Interrogation and this are 100% canon.

Artwork depicting Reila chowing down on friends are generally not canon, but a handful of her dispatching randoms can be.

Karma delivery is canon too! I'll work that in sometime.

I'll have to mark what's canon and not as I work her journey out :) I'd like to think Tilas story is too!

Inessa is good, but Reila is just that little bit better. She's so unassuming, it helps ;)

Good to know! The Inessa situation does leave me wondering how this will all end. Inessa has a head-start in experience (considering she's already established a name for herself here), but Reila has managed to remain unidentified and has caused enough "damage" for Inessa to take notice. Ah, well. Questions for later!

And weighing in on the whole 'Harriet' situation... I dunno. Are tulpas a thing in this world?

All will be revealed :3

In terms of Harriet, who knows what that might have been. Reila was under the influence, and she was experiencing something insanely powerful, an influx of multiple conflicting feelings, emotions - was it her mind trying to forgive itself? Was it a hallucination? Was it a ghost that felt the distress of her friend?

Magic definitely exists in a super rare, muted form in this world, but who's to say that's what happened here?

It's all a bit of a mystery. She'll figure it out. I'm sure.

...I'm leaning towards tulpa or some form of magical projection (or a recording? "I knew you'd say something like this" seems like a giveaway). Harriet seems to know a LOT more than Reila should be able to piece together, considering specific line. Who knows, though? A mystery, indeed!

Holy fucking SHIT! I LOVE stories that question morality like this!!! The way it all breaks down, the "whos worse, who deserves it..." it's so fucking good! It's a beautifully sad yet kind of empowering tale! Is loss of life REALLY the most immoral thing here?

It kind of reminds me of my own writing! I love to break down the psycology and morality of vore!

My god... what a beautiful write. I'm gonna share this to some friends!

JohnnySniper

Well thanks a lot! What a lovely comment this is. I wanted to write something a little more morally detailed, where implications mattered!

Hope your friends enjoy!

Hey now that i went back and read this again, this isnt too far from my story, no love for the lonley. An accident leads to one friend eating another, and as they go out, or as they leave, they make their one goal to set the pred on the right path, to help them live a nice, good life. That scene with Hannah's ghost really was a beautiful sequence. Excellently placed, bringing in legitimate relief followed by extreme emptiness and sadness. I dont think you could've emphasized the death of a friend better.
