I've gotta visit there sometime. You featuring one of my hugest cartoon crushes in all these stories is just wonderful. Plus a place where all the toon crushes hang out, heck yes, absolutely.
Tigress is a fun character and has a lot of fan art. I don't really like the way she is drawn in the movies, her Popeye arms and weird muzzle, but she's a tiger so of course I have her eating people. 83
Oh yeah, absolutely, ha. My hugest crush is Leo, in this case, to note. Sort of spoke vaguely. x3 That lion's been a huge crush for absolute ages. Big cats are always man-eaters. :3
Leo is one of several old school cartoon lions who live in Toontown. It seems to be a thing with cartoon lions that they are called upon to swallow people, and as we've seen, while they can't digest other toons they can definitely digest real people.
This repeated touching on a Toontown has me wondering what toons use for currency-- what do they covet. Humans have money but what do they have? If a human wants "services", they would pay for a human prostitute. Is there a toon equivalent? What would the human pay?
Generally, humans visiting Toontown pay with real money whereas toons who leave the town for whatever reason get some real money to take with. Toon characters can exist outside of Toontown, which can include things like Gazelle going on tour with her tigers, however non-characters, like toon money, eventually fade away if left outside its confines long enough. Toons are popular enough that there is plenty of real world money flowing into the town from licensing fees, toon hotels hosting humans and so on, and the exchange rate between toonbucks and real money is fairly stable.
There are toon prostitutes that will happily fuck humans and human prostitutes who happily fuck toons, plus near-prostitutes like Bluebelle/Buttercup (same character, different names) in the last story who supplemented her income by hanging out under tables in the bar servicing male toons.
Laughter. Toons feed on human laughter. Or at least they crave it. The cartoon, loony toon type variety anyway. Clearly Tigress has a different hunger.
I wonder if their housing market is far more reasonable than ours? Well, cost-wise, that is. Can't say anything about noisy neighbors and surprise toons popping in to have 'fun' through the plumbing, electrical or unattended teapot.

I wonder if any tourists actually survive toon town , I’d wager the toons would try to silence them if they did lol

There are humans who live there. It's just tourists who tend to get into a bit of trouble. 83

I haven't decided how big the area is, but they definitely have hotels and rooms for rent for tourists.
