I've dressed as Link twice in my life; once in Halloween of 1999 and once a few years ago. As an adult I purchased the costume online and it came with the full getup, obviously, all items included.
But when I was younger and the game had just come out they didn't really have legit Legend of Zelda costumes in any capacity, back in the 90s. So my mom made one for me based off the pictures in my Prima strategy guide or whatever. These Link photos didn't include pants so when I went out trick or treating I didn't rock pants or underwear. Just like the game. In a cold, northern state. So dumb lol.
These panels just brought back that memory and this is the funniest thing ever. Thank you.
