The facial expressions on the 1st 2 panels don't look right. I understand that you are trying to convey emotion, but it feels off. I am not an artist, so I have no idea how to fix it. I am just letting you know.

Hm.
On the one hand, I disagree because it's not supposed to be conveying a real emotion. They're sarcastically doing melodramatic lamentations at each other and making stupid faces to match. It's two friends making overwrought dumbass expressions on purpose to go with their purposefully overwrought dumbass conversation.
On the other hand, the fact that you brought it up means that I did a poor job conveying why they were making dumb faces at one another. It's hard to convey sarcastic dialog via text and I'm loathe to uSe aLtErNaTiNg cApItAlS for it. Maybe I'll come up with another way.

I'd like to say that you did a great job conveying that. I lingered for a while on the last panel of page 1 before 'getting' it.
But with that face I can really imagine the "old woman barely recognising an old friend" thing that they're imitating.
