I can not confirm or deny Izuku was there. If you wish for Izuku not to be there, then he was not there. I try to keep the prey ambiguous (most of the time).

ay hear me out, actually i think some girls from 1-B would need spotlight like Setsuna Tokage for example. She is smart 1 out of four students get recommended into UA and two her quirk are likely use full for vore since she can seperate her mouth part and let it fly to eat or can seperate her midriff and let it fly around her for better mobility.
