No, someone who knows I'm a long time Frakass fan sent it to me and refused to elaborate on where she got it from. I shared it with some others including Frakass over discord and said I was given a gift of unknown origin that I was in turn sharing.

I have no idea to it's origins only that it needed to be shared. As all gifts and artifacts must be.
