for story: For those not aware, Operation Raccoon City is non-canon
with the main series. Resident Evil 2/3 are the main games to know
what really happened. ORC follows U.S.S. Delta Force as they clean
up the Raccoon City Incident.)
Flying
over Raccoon City, several operatives clung onto the insides of a
helicopter. Their leader, codenamed LUPO (wolf in Italian) stood
near the opening, surveying the city. Smoke lifted away as
