I feel like I'm straying further and further from the "Halloween" roots of this drawing challenge...But I did warn you all that I'm not that keen on it so whatever. ;p
The only thing I really know about the CftBL is that it is an ugly, gross fishman sorta thing, and I didn't really wanna draw something like that. So I figured I'd just go with a different predator with an affinity for water!
