I like this story, could have gone for some more description beast when he first sees it. But the swallowing was really interesting. I like the contrast between the violent battle, and the surprisingly calm and sensual final round.

I must say I have noticed you have improved a bit since your first posting. Your creatures seem to be a bit unique as well. I am curious, do you have any more vaults of EVCs planned? I bet a tour group of school children would love to visit the vaults, and participate in the feedings.
