I like to think that there's a niche subculture around HDTF-based body mods.
Some choose to be tiny. Some alter their insides to make vore easier or more fun. Some get artsy with it, like going around with a dildo buried in their ear, poking out the other ear.

Now this is an amazing story right here. Humorous and kinky concept, then taken to its kinkiest extreme, then a downright excellent, sexy kick on the way out (and I mean god damn that last paragraph, what an ending~). So good, you remain one of the top writers on this sight PERIOD!
