Trying to figue out how to incorporate a q-knife theme into a christmas party game similar to a "white elephant", or the giant plastic wrap ball.
The only thing I could come up with would be if the gift is purchased at a store just happens to have been donated by one of the party goers. But there has to be a more inventive way. Perhaps if the husband talks the wife into donating for the white elephant. Or possibly the wife uses a Q-knife and makes a gift for her husband, but then the husband forgets to buy something for the white elephant game and instead takes the package with the Q-knife removed parts to the party.

I didnt come up with it. Ive seen it more on other sites like FurAffinity, and the general idea is just 'naturally detachable parts' that can be removed and reattached at will, usually dicks and heads.
For the things I mentioned in the shorts (and Worlds Greatest Parting Gift, although that was more of a throwaway reference in a modularity-based story) mod shops and natural penis regenration are not new concepts,but no one has made it their main thing yet, at least that I have seen, so that might be more of the route I go.
