That’s an interesting detail!
Weirdly reminds me of 40k because the process to make Space Marine super-soldiers only works on male bodies due to female biology reacting differently, so the ladies need their own supersoldier programs tailored to them.
I hope the comparison does not offend.

Also question, what does PTG do exactly? Is it like a temporary affect a woman needs to keep drinking to keep the affect going? Does it happen instantly?

PTG is the name of the Company / Universe. It's short for Predator, Technology, and Genetic. The name of the drug she holds in her hands is (as you can read in the comic) is "Hunger and Growth enhancer"(pills).
And you'll figure out their effects on the next page ;)

Unless I am mistaken PTG makes money after users get enhanced by selling gadgets and food supplies to cater to their new hungers. These include human clones to feast on.
