Huh, guess it’s time to overanalyze fetish content.
Reformation being genetic and present in roughly 5% of the population in a setting where it offers a massive evolutionary fitness boost (since vore is common, normalized, and there are predators who will seemingly eat scores of people before they have the opportunity to reproduce ). This would normally cause a relatively rapid adoption of the gene across the population due to there being such a strong selection pressure. Only being present in 5% of the population indicates either the gene is a relatively recent mutation (past few centuries probably) or this shadowy vore cult that’s probably targeting reformers is doing so intentionally to limit the population and at a scarily efficient and global scale. In which case, if the objective is to cull people who have or may have the reformer gene, Izzy probably wouldn’t stop at Aiden, and would likely go after the children who are all potentially reformers, or probably at least carriers for the gene.
