What can say a unsuspecting girl gets sucked up and inhaled by tiny fairy then in single gulp swallowed sent to belly who now sastified takes rest to digest her meal but gets slight case of indigestion and burps.

Micro preds is a greatly under-explored field in my opinion, when a predator starts really packing it away from a small start to a mass scale it shows her real appetite.
