It was Talia’s first college party and the time was ripe for casual relations and sensual experimentations. It was there that she first spotted Stewart and followed him into a game of truth or dare. Her mouth watered at the sight of him and she was ready to let her predatory instincts take hold at the first opportunity.
Every year, the Freshman party ended with more than a few casualties and Talia was determined to make Stewart one of them. She had a belly full of booze and she wanted to make the otter swim. As a lioness explained the rules of the game Talia licked her lips at the thought of the otter’s streamlined body gliding down her throat. That was, until Stacey joined them.
When Talia’s best friend sat down next to the otter and her fantasy was crushed. The otter and the skunk exchanged coy glances and even though Talia saw him first, she knew she had to let her friend have him. It looked like otter was off the menu.

Hooligan made a very good point about the predators perspective in a comment on my “Truth or Dare” story so I give you some insight into Talia’s thought process and rationale.

So, she was plotting it from the get go, eh? Hm...Talia tends to have me flip-flopping on how I view the character.
Take that as you will, but this is all providing me a lovely bit of sketch fodder and way to unwind, all the same~ |3

Well, Talia is still a predator, and has predatory desires that must be satiated. Otherwise her natural instincts may bleed into other aspects of her life, such as relationships (as Ben can attest to).

Yay! So Stewart really did only last those 4 years do to his being with Stacey. Should've worked to stay with her after graduation, may still be breathing.

I don't think he knew the consequences well enough to be properly motivated to do anything about it. Besides, their lives were taking them into different directions.

Mmmmmmmmm. Since the only other incident we know about Talia preding before Truth or Dare was Ben, and that was done in the heat of passion and she felt bad about it afterwards, it's interesting to know that Talia wasn't above seeking out a tasty looking prey, and that Stewart only made it as long as he did because of his relationship with Stacey.

Well, she needs to get her fix somehow. And better it be with someone she doesn't know than with someone she cares for. Unfortunately for Ben, because Talia couldn't get her fix here, he would have to fill that role.

Ahhhh, it all fits together nicely. And the moral of the story is, if you're a prey and you insist on dating a pred, be sure to bring along a friend. ^^
My pred Tabatha doesn't make distinctions amongst individuals of species she considers prey. A mouse is a mouse is a mouse is dinner to her. Some mice may be irritating, some may be endearing, but it would threaten her world view if she admitted some prey as equals; where would she draw the line then?

That would definately be a very sensible perspective for a predator to take. However, in RL, we don't really live in a very sensible world. In RL people have a tendancy to supress their natural instincts to such a degree that they mutate into something that causes harm to themselves and those around them. This interests me, so I include it into my vore work.

I like how you're showing all these pictures of them all, both before and during the story. I like it when we get background to characters, you're a good artist aswell by the way.
Also, I like how she first met him when he was about to play (of all things) Truth or Dare - it's how it began, AND how it ended...

Thank you. I think pictures desciptions are the perfect place for extra character development without convoluting the story they depict. And yes, there is a nice kind of simitry to the whole thing.
