Not sure if this is entirely okay, but... commissioned by cows. It's Eris from Asobi ni Ikuyo--a somewhat silly, ecchi Anime--with her belly filled with an unspecified, squirming someone.
Who is it? Well, I favor the idea of one of the other curvy beauties from the show, but I guess only cows knows for sure.

I meant it ever being dubbed, given the rate of ecchi comedy's that get a dub, but one can be hopeful

Oh okay, I just wasn’t followin’ ya. Well it's being licensed by FUNimation and they plan on releasing it next year, so yeah... here's hopin'.
And as far as I know, it's really hentais that don't get a large number of dubbing.

Do you mean Eris here or catgirls in general? In general, it would depend on how human or how feline the catgirl is to produce offspring. A more human catgirl with just ears and tail could most likely have twins or triplets like a normal human. Her children would be akin to the size of a normal, human baby. A more feline catgirl might mean smaller babies (like kittens) and with a human-size womb, much more babies (i.e. a litter of 10, 15 kittens or more). But the biology and reproduction traits of catgirls are not written in stone. Except for here, I bet the topic hardly even comes up, even at anime conventions.
Actually being a scientist (and a nekophile), this is only my logical interpretation, what with the little experience in biology I have. My own little personal study of catgirls I call “nekology.” You can call me a “nekologist.”
