Lol yeah, the characters are from the blog linked at the bottom of the description, but I get some Alice-in-Wonderland vibes from it too. I think it is supposed to be sort of like it. :)

Oh, lol. Well I just kept clicking the クロノ tag at the right in the 'tag cloud' (I just clicked Edit >>> Find, in my browser window, then searched for "クロノ" and clicked Next until it highlighted that phrase (クロノ) in the tag cloud. Then I clicked onto that link.) Once you do that it will narrow down their posts to the ones that had pictures containing these characters.

And if you're like me in that you're not fluent in Japanese, I just used Google's translator to translate the descriptions. Basically understanding it is 10% translation, 5% common sense/context clues to make those translations make more sense, and 85% understanding the picture since art is (thankfully) a universal language. xD Hope that helps you!

That second set of katakana says "toranpu meido", which can be interpreted either as "trump maid" or "tramp maid". Most likely meant to be the former, if it's card-related.

Wow. O_O How did I miss this incredible series?

I enjoyed the abstract world that you presented to us. (the audience) The point of views were very good. (I was really feeling for Chiro but, at the same time was interested with the disposition and actions of Jack of Hearts.

Oh! Also I liked how you put well thought out descriptions for us. Really added to the overall story. Faved!

I discovered this serie of picture the other day and I really loved it a lot :)
And I am glad to have managed to find the author XD
It's really an original and fascinating scene. I just love how in the end the maid let that thing covering her mouth snap back. Lot of finality in that gesture X3 and you did a very nice job on the drawing as well I think. Great work ! :D

I guess it's up to interpretation, but I felt that it was probably fatal for this sequence, since I thought Chrono pretty much got a "game over". So not permanently-fatal, just like.. she lost a life, I guess, you could say. Lol. x)

Yes it isn't important though - I purposely made it so small that it was illegible. It's mostly supposed to be humorous (it's supposed to be in the perspective of how the Trump Maid is hearing her, as if she's so small that she can't hear what she's saying, and she's not really listening anyway) xD

But I kind of remember I made Chrono saying something like "I may be small now but I'm still not afraid of you! I'll protect this land from you and your evil queen!" or something like that. XD But yeah, I don't remember the exact wording anymore, it was something along those lines if I remember, before I shrunk it to be unreadable.
