FANTASTIC!
I've only seen bits of images of her, and at first - i was like:
"it looks exactly like a google image"
though there are things that feel off to me - AND I CAN'T PLACE THEM. which annoys me, but nevertheless - looks great.

Hold on, I just thought of something: shouldn't this be underage? I mean the creator did say she was 14, no matter how hard it is to believe that. And yes I know the creator also said that the people who lived underground couldn't keep track of years properly, thus the ages may be inaccurate, but I'm not sure that is able to make her legal everywhere.

Sure ~ Sexy is fine though, since you can have a sexy picture that isn't actually sexual in nature (I think sexual implies full nudity, sex acts, penetration, ect).

And if I get in trouble, I'll argue that the official guidebook says she's 18 - and that it's all really Gainax's fault for making her so damn cute. =p

Personally, I go with the theory that humans circa the events of TTGL have completely lost their sense of time. When your culture is one step removed from subsistence in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, your ability to accurately gauge the circumnavigation of the earth around the sun is somewhat suspect.
