Shyla actually does get quite a bit of hairballs taking care of herself, her kittens, and of course- her messy wife. She's really embarrassed about it though, and tries to hack in private. She aims to be somewhat civilized- losing battle.

For Shyla, unbirth is usually an act of intimacy, sexually fulfilling and emotionally satisfying to keep a lover there. (Of course, in an rp or two, she has accidentally turned some folk into her kittens).

Considering how long a certain foxgirl's tongue is, she could probably slurp up the cervix while outside- you can imagine at this point Shyla is getting a wonderful uterus lapping.
