When One-Eye presented me with his beowulf Ki'lana for the canine slot, I was really excited. Hard vore (a growing favorite), giant pred with an interesting design... what wasn't there for me to like. He'd written a short story starring her that I really enjoyed (link: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11551814/ ) where she took down a massive dragon with ease, illustrating just how terrifying she is. But to get that across in a picture... I probably started at least eight sketches for this slot before I realized that what really gets the terror across visually is showing her size, showing how casually she takes apart creatures we might have an emotional attachment for.

So I enlisted Chazori (with permission) and her coonkin rider, because when she's not hunting dragons and dire mammoths and terrasque's, she might stop off on the road for a chicken dinner and a bit of dessert... you know, just to tide her over.

Well, I enjoy it! But not many people who watch me do. I should probably hide these kind of things behind warnings, but... it is what it is. :)

do you take requests?

4ofSwords

Well, I have two typical responses to that that both amount to the same thing, really: a) not really, but thanks for asking, and I'm flattered, and b) feel free to make a request, but I can't make any promises. I have a lot of things I'd love to draw for myself, but tend to use up my creativity on commission projects like this.

It's the splatter, right? Blood on the ground, and people get a mop. Blood on your hands, and people avert their eyes politely. But when there's blood flying through the air, everybody starts turning different shades of green.

Aw, bad wolf! Your supposed to cook the critters before you rend their flesh off. All those parasites and whatnot inside city and country folk is bad for the immune system.

Why did that not occur to me? Gah! I am so lazy! Thanks.

The really amusing thing is that when one-eye was sharing a link with me, I had the same problem with a comma and didn't notice it. Twice!
