got two ideas.
number one has fluttershy about to make somepony her dinner. truced up with an apple shoved deep into their mouth, she starts by nuzzling them tenderly, the swallows them up. maybe the victim being aroused by the act, this being semi willing...... perhaps it could be fleur as dinner.

the other idea is that Trixie went and found a new artifact that has taken over her. in this cause it has turned her lower body perentine, and she can swallow her victims alive, then being practically vaccum sealed in her serpentine stomach afterwards.
rather than digest them normally, she absorbs them into herself, growing stronger. problem is they are alive and 'well' inside of her and could escape if someone could break her curse.
