Are you talking about some stray hyperlink on the page? Or are you talking about the phrase? As far as I know living in the US, we use "guts" as a metaphor for "instinctual bravery". We entreat people to "listen to their gut" if their brain is clouded with indecision, we say a person has "no guts" if they are scared to do something. People sometimes jokingly replace it with "intestinal fortitude".

Ah right fair enough I link in the UK and i've only heard the phrase rarely, so i've never thought to ask until now
