It seems like an adventuring party /really/ got on her bad side, more so then such parties normally do even! They've pushed her to BigBig levels of gluttony.
I spent most of my time drawing this listening to Cyril the Wolf's music. His music is really awesome, and I totally advise checking him out, if awesome music is your kinda thing! Doubly so if you're a fan of My Little Pony or Steven Universe. ;3

I love this one, Kate looks really good with the extra curves, and even in a rage she is still adorable. Plus, 'hand sticking out of a butt' type anal vore, and huge, squirming, writhing heroine bulges.
