I like the idea of a society as well. However in my mined such a society would be a well kept secret from the general public. In other wards, only those within the society would be aware and/or capable of committing such acts as vore and unbirth.^^ There would also be certain rules that they would all follow so as not to draw any unwanted attention from those not in the society.

When someone not in the society discovers vore, regardless of how, that person is to be confronted in secret by a society member and strongly encouraged to join. Refusal of this offer will result in their immediate incarceration through unbirth. Once this has been done, the trapped person will kept inside the members womb until they either accept the offer to join the society or until one and a half months time has passed. If after this time the person still refuses to join they are to be wiped of all memory of vore and released at an undisclosed location.
However in the chance a memory wipe can not be preformed the person carrying them is tasked with dealing with them however they see fit. "regression, recycling, permanent entrapment, ect.. the list goes on but it is very unlikely to include their release.
