Basic progression seems solid event without the arrows, but the divid between rows is mostly unjustified and there is no room left to create separation between rows.
Diagnal divides can make a sequence more or less dynamic by working with pans and character placement.
Take the first two images at the top;
Not only could you emphasize the height differences more, but the pan and zoom of the second panel by using a diagonal instead of a stepped row.

Does the fairy lass know the implications of her actions? There are very few things that happen inside a belly afterall. She either be massively missinformed or incredibly generous.

maybe she can revive or be revived (They are angels), maybe she's just staying inside until the angel gets actual food (after all, if we wanna be realistic digestion would take a very long time to kill people, it would be oxygen depriviation that would do that).
