Looks like  ironmania2003 wandered onto the set of HunnyComb Studios. Luckily they were short handed and needed someone to unbirth. Ironmania was happy to help and got a chance to spend the evening inside Debbie's womb.

Really Good pick!

I just wish there where more human on human ones that were like this piece.

Preferably depicted in the same fashion only with the one being unbirthed showing great fear and dislike at becoming trapped by the woman.^^
