Commission by Gamiburst.
I think some context is in order here. The commissioner here wanted my character the Brain Demi as a normal human boy, but in a creepy way. The idea was a scary boy in an old mansion that if someone see, he/she would get scared.
Hope I got it right, not something people usually commission me, but I loved to work on it. :D

What really sells this is the flesh doll he's got for himself. Literally everything in this picture hits all the visceral fear nerves in the brain. You've done amazing.

Man, that is creepy as hell, Malezor. Oh, that's awesome. And the poorly stitched together flesh doll is just disturbing. =)
Reminds me of the scene of the eerie twin Grady sisters just standing in the hallway in the original "The Shining".
