With his younger sister Twilight preoccupied with her private magic lessons under Celestia’s tutoring, not only is Shining Armor stuck entertaining Celestia’s spoiled, cootie-ridden niece Mi Amore Cadenza, but he’s also pinned to babysitting his newly acquired younger brother Spike, whose custody is shared between Celestia and his parents Twilight Velvet and Night Light. Desperate to get away from the two to go see the Royal Guard in action, Shining has seemingly concocted the perfect arrangement; Cadence challenges the colt to a game of chess. If Cadence wins, she’ll get to have the adorably pudgy whelpling for the whole day. Knowing the prissy pony and smelly baby will entertain each other and leave him alone, Shining “somehow” manages to lose.
Course he’d be already off to watch his idols patrol if not for the fact that immediately afterwards, Cadence scarfs the wriggling drake down into the cramped confines of her tummy (no doubt with her perplexing alicorn capabilities), promising she’ll return him as promised by the end of the day, course by then he’ll be a bit processed as he’s on his way out her rump. Not wanting to risk his mother’s wrath having to explain to her how her draconic son-turned turd ended up in a princess’s digestive tract, Shining agrees to another “game” of Cadence’s to recover Spike from her depths (swallowing both his pride and putting aside his preteen hormonal gynophobia). What Shining doesn’t know however is that it’s not Spike that Cadence wants packed away in her belly… the little ball of scales is just the bait for the real catch…
(This is a collab with TongueCuddlingLouse who always has fun idea's to work on. Took a while to finish with more underway.)

Maybe a good reason for her missing wings would've been that Celestia magically took them as punishment for something similar to this, like with a guard or something ha ha.
