Well, you're gonna try the easy way first. "Hey, Liz. You wanna go running with me for a while? I...uh...notice that you're not in the same shape you usually are, and I figure you could might appreciate some help."
Liz gives you a glare. "No, Zee. I'm good. Thanks."
You sigh, figuring it would come to this. "Okay, fine," you say, "how about I hook you up with someone I know who has a less structured regimen, and I do your share of the chores for as long as you keep at it?"

Liz pauses, thinks about it, then smiles, eyes narrowed but mouth spread wide. "...Sure. I can dig that. Who's your friend?"

Later, you find yourself catching a gal named Natalie you've been friendly with in the past. She's not part of the track team, but you've talked with her a lot on your jogs around the city. You ask her if she'd let Liz tag along for a while, as she's trying to lose some weight. Natalie seems happy to help, waving Liz to come jog with her. You're glad, but you wonder how long Liz is gonna stick with this, even with the promise of doing her chores as long as she works out. You're...also kinda worried that she might start eating too much and stay fat. And you think Natalie might not be the best influence in that respect either, jogging or no. You might have to keep tabs on her.

YOU ARE NOW DIANA KING!

Eh, fuck it. You're kinda hungry. You grab Auset as she's yammering on and swallow her whole. MMBRRRP...
Yeah, that'll tide you over for a while. You pat your stomach as the massive bird flails around inside.

As you're peacefully digesting, you're confronted with YET ANOTHER friggin' Pledge. God, so much work!
