This is still amazing, just one question. Is this part of the main thing, or do we consider this 'side quest' an alternate continuity?

I have another question burning in the back of my brain... I think I asked it once before but I don't remember... is the party he's talking about an actual thing and he's teleporting them into a "storage realm" inside his stomach so he can actually set up this party or is the "party" he's talking about going to ruin someone's plumbing?

That is the big question that no one, but the commissioner, knows. Personally, I doubt he would. Entropy is against everything he stands for.
