I'm a fairly recent watcher - would you mind if I ask how you approach the internal matter once someone's been swallowed? Here she's talking to her prey, so how long do they stay aware once they've been swallowed? How long until they're digested?
That really depends, because there are some preds that can keep the prey alive, some that digest them very quickly, some that digest in a normal amount of time, etc. Embra here does not digest anyone unless they are willing and insist on becoming part of her.
Ah, interesting! Does she have full control over her system, then, or just pluck them out in the nick of time? And is it a matter of regurgitating prey, or do they face the whole journey?

More of less lets them out when the acids get too feisty, if you know what I'm saying, and yes they regurgitate.
