Okay time for nationality and accent! These are all just random examples and don't reflect how the character will look/dress. It's more for fun and depth. Leave any suggestion below!

Is there a dialect for random otter noises? I'm going to vote for random otter noises.
If not, Canadian, eh? I don't think that this vote will actually matter much, given that it's all text, and most dialects only present themselves audibly, while they write in the same manner everyone else does. With that in mind, Canadian should be relatively fun, without impacting how much work would be necessary to create dialogue.
'd be prett' difficult ta keep on typin' like this, wouln' ya say?

True that, eh.

Descended from Iroquois nation of northeastern America/Canada, like the Mohawk tribe which is speculated to have performed some forms of cannibalism, but this could be a myth.
Along with that, the Great Lakes accent. It's kind of it's own thing for Michigan/Ontario areas, and only spreads the very edges of the states/provinces beyond them. We are most known for slurring words together extremely fast and dropping stopping consonants.
"Howaya?"
"Iunno, fine'guess."
"Thasgoo. Was wonnerin ifya waneta hang'ou?"
"Sure, wh'na."
